T’airah Bowker graduated from the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy Program at the Victoria campus of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT). T’airah has a passion for supporting and helping others maintain and elevate their active healthy lifestyle. T’airah’s approach is from both a holistic, and structural point of view, ensuring that each individual meets their treatment goals and needs. Her techniques include, isolytic release, muscle energy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. All of which form a base for treating any soft tissue, fascial, or muscular imbalances, chronic or acute. T’airah has lots of experience working with young female elite athletes, treating everything from managing asthma symptoms to knee pain.
When not treating, you can find T’airah on the soccer field coaching or playing. She has played soccer at an elite level and understands the benefit of manual therapies from a personal level having dealt with many injuries playing.
T’airah is always aiming to grow and gain a larger understanding of each injury so she can treat each patient using a greater knowledge and understanding in the clinic
